Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Filipo started the match with the kick off. Ciriaco Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ciriaco Selmo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fabio Filipo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Tolga Parshan might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tolga Parshan ran back to his position shaking his head. Uzcudun AFC's Ciriaco Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of play. Dalmacio Flor made in the 30th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabio Filipo however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute of play forced Uzcudun AFC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uzcudun AFC's Ciriaco Selmo did a great save. Uzcudun AFC's Ciriaco Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fausto Agüero hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Luz Tejedor struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Ciriaco Selmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Luz Tejedor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Selmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uzcudun AFC made a substitution. Beto Acosta replaced Fabio Filipo. Ciriaco Selmo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 74th play minutes Beto Acosta shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Rolando Noboa and just under the crossbar into goal. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dalmacio Flor in the 77 minute of the game. Uzcudun AFC's Ciriaco Selmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Uzcudun AFC from getting a goal against them. Dalmacio Flor made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 88 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Uzcudun AFC's Ciriaco Selmo. Ciriaco Selmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute Beto Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Uzcudun AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
