A throw-in in the 9th minute of the game was made by Primitivo Andino with Felix Montenegro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Recai Garipbaş tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Karl Martin Bell Burnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Recai Garipbaş got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Eduard Iacobescu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Alvinegro de Tupã was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvinegro de Tupã's attentive Armandinho de Andrade managed to snatch the ball when Primitivo Andino made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Alvinegro de Tupã booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Recai Garipbaş notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvinegro de Tupã's Recai Garipbaş. But to his dismay, Recai Garipbaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Recai Garipbaş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game Felix Montes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Montenegro. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Recai Garipbaş came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvinegro de Tupã's Recai Garipbaş got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Recai Garipbaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Recai Garipbaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recai Garipbaş in the 92nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Alvinegro de Tupã's corner Deng Shu Kuan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Alvinegro de Tupã were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
