Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Quebra Ossos FC's Alexandre Pombal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandre Pombal charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Pombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Pombal. In the 13th minute Quebra Ossos FC were awarded a corner. Osmar Eger went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Quebra Ossos FC's corner Osmar Eger fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacobo Nores quite easily take care of the ball. After 15 minutes of play, Quebra Ossos FC's Alexandre Pombal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Paraguay booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Augusto Bittencourt went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. João Augusto Bittencourt struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quebra Ossos FC. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Alexandre Pombal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Pombal in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 36 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Osmar Eger. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Augusto Bittencourt during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Téo Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Bittencourt in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Pardo made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Osmar Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Osmar Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Osmar Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Pombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Téo Fonseca came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. But to his dismay, Hector Covarrubias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 70thth minute of the game Alexandre Pombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Alexandre Pombal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Alexandre Pombal got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Téo Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osmar Eger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quebra Ossos FC's João Augusto Bittencourt got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Quebra Ossos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Eger to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Osmar Eger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Telmo Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Campos to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Osmar Eger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Pardo. Quebra Ossos FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
