The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claus Caminero was the one to do the kick off. The Vikings Fútbol Club fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Vikings Fútbol Club's Claus Caminero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Vikings Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vikings Fútbol Club booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Agustin Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vikings Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Caminero in the 92nd minute of play.
