With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Cimino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dennis Cimino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 9th minute of the match. Facundo Cadaval charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Facundo Cadaval the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had been going on for 16 minutes, Castagneto Po AFC's Filippo Pinti got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dante Lacasa. 19 minutes into the match, Castagneto Po AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Dennis Cimino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Sciarra came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes, Emilio Sciarra made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Pinti in the 34th minute of play. Dennis Cimino came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 39th minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Dennis Cimino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 45th minute of the match. Modesto Berzosa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 64 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Castagneto Po AFC made a substitution. Federico Ciccone replaced Andrea Pinti. In the 71st minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Alberto Tafalla made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Castagneto Po AFC's Dennis Cimino managed to reach the ball for a save. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. The referee ignored Castagneto Po AFC's protests and gave Biagio Nola a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th match minute, Castagneto Po AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Nola to maneuver through the defense. The Castagneto Po AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
