Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Ayala in the 41st minute of play. Demonde Jacobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Jaen's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Finlay Stair made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siro Edur got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Agustin Jaen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute, Vikings Fútbol Club's Claus Caminero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. In the 58th play minute Armando Fasoli came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Demonde Jacobson. 0-12. After 61 minutes of play, Vikings Fútbol Club's Armando Fasoli made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 64th play minutes Agustin Jaen shot 0-14, a short shot which went by Demonde Jacobson and just under the crossbar into goal. Agustin Jaen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 68th minute, Claus Caminero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Tadeo Lartaun sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Caminero came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vikings Fútbol Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
