Mukifus FSCMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ben Zynek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ben Zynek went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. Rômulo Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Rômulo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes Mukifus FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. Samuel Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 53rd minute. Luis Cazalla was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Ben Zynek tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Ignacy Pluciennik in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Rômulo Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Mukifus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Vânderson Simões. 65 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rômulo Neiva saved Mukifus FSCMZ from getting behind. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 70th minute of play. Mukifus FSCMZ's Fulgencio Furman was substituted for Ignacy Pluciennik. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Mukifus FSCMZ's Filipe Freire was substituted for Jaime Carro. Mukifus FSCMZ made a substitution. Jozef Botto replaced Thiago Hudson. In the 74th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. The Mukifus FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of Colombia booed when Mukifus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Mukifus FSCMZ's Jozef Botto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 92nd minute, Jozef Botto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cássio Vidal, made in the 96th minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Mukifus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Vidal.
