In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper Hermann Hesse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidio Roland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Basualdo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Erruki Velarroa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Popolizio FBC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
