After 4 played minutes GARIBALDI FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Ekain. Rene Llorian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorbjörn Olerius in the 5th minute of the match. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Hourani in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when GARIBALDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Hourani didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 15th minute of play forced GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Rene Llorian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Linkhorst to strike the kick off in the second half. Rene Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Våleman in the 51st minute of play. Eduard Hourani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Patrick Armstrong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to GARIBALDI FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. ManagerZone Crew's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugo Jacinto ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on GARIBALDI FC's corner Mile Letina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patrick Armstrong quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in GARIBALDI FC's zone, Peter Linkhorst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Llorian came out of the goal and Peter Linkhorst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute of the game, Darío Eagles landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 69 minutes into the game, Thorsten Dietz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ManagerZone Crew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GARIBALDI FC the free kick. Thorsten Dietz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Hourani in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute Andreas Spante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
