An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 25th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergiu Zgrăbunţa couldn't finish the play. After having played for 72 minutes, Visen Allu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altermundi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Visen Allu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Altermundi FC made a substitution. Gerónimo Molina replaced Visen Allu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 78th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Alvarado hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Altermundi FC's Pío Ducoing was substituted for Sergiu Zgrăbunţa. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 82nd minute. It was beautiful to see Altermundi FC's Disvandis Larraona in action when he in the 84th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 92nd minute Antonio Tenorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Piedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of the match. Peru were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
