But to his dismay, Marco Tamayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Moises Fernandino in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrique Bidari, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 22 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Bidari made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. Marco Tamayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Enrique Bidari made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Abram Luque got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Bidari having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Moises Fernandino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vikings Fútbol Club the free kick. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Tamayo in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Bidari saved Vikings Fútbol Club from getting behind. After 40 minutes, Marco Tamayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Vikings Fútbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Moises Fernandino took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Enrique Bidari to make any attempt to save it.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 55th minute of play forced Vikings Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Enrique Bidari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes in the game, Teodosio Donio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Bidari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Moises Fernandino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Bidari was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After having played for 64 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Bidari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Bidari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vikings Fútbol Club's Enrique Bidari. Enrique Bidari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Bidari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 78th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Bidari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 92nd minute of the game Valentin Bidun made a throw-in which Teo Fernendo played forward. There was no doubt that El Salvador were the better team. El Salvador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
