Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Zorita. In the 7th minute Angelo Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper Iker Txomin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Iker Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. It was a well-played corner which Luca Zorita managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, CSD Pte Derqui's Rigoberto Azevedo got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper Iker Txomin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iker Txomin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Txomin came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Iker Txomin in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, CSD Pte Derqui's Iker Txomin got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mao Yuan Hong struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSD Pte Derqui. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Martxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper Iker Txomin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iker Txomin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Demesio in the 43rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Demesio in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

CSD Pte Derqui's Iker Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 50th minute of play. Iker Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 52nd minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Txomin having to interfere. In the 56th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Iker Txomin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CSD Pte Derqui made a substitution. Zacarias Lidon replaced Mao Yuan Hong. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 64th minute of play forced CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper Iker Txomin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when CSD Pte Derqui's Zacarias Lidon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iker Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by CSD Pte Derqui's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. In the 88th minute, Luca Rouco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Txomin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After having played for 96 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mexico had won after a very even match.
