Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fabio Lando started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 3 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Fabio Lando notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atilano Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Alex Cambeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Fabio Lando's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Lando helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Panama booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Lando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Hernandez was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-1. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in La Gallardeta's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Hernandez came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prospero Lore kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Atilano Hernandez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Cambeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Atilano Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Hernandez having to interfere. Atilano Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Gallardeta's Jeremias Malvin got a free kick in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 57th minute, Abraham Alguacil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Hernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. La Gallardeta's Atilano Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 60th minute of play. Moises Bermudo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Sarmiento went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. After 69 minutes, Edelmiro Perpinya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Gallardeta and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Panama booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Jon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Atilano Hernandez. La Gallardeta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Tomas Berganza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Hernandez having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilano Hernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
