Elias Damasceno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Agostinho Guedes could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Ricardo Zorita however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 47th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Elias Damasceno made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cléberson Santana hit a great ball. After 56 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 62 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Moises Fernandino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but João Vítor Guimarães firmly grabbed it by the left post.
