Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victorino Bonifaco started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Kracke came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ingmar Kracke who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Resistencia Tayrona FC's corner Ingmar Kracke fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 6th match minute, Resistencia Tayrona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ospetsu Villagarcia to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 10 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 played minutes Ingmar Kracke rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Bermudo Uranga kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislav Dvorskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Stanislav Dvorskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play forced Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Resistencia Tayrona FC defense, Juan Sebastián Puig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislav Dvorskiy. The Resistencia Tayrona FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislav Dvorskiy should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Resistencia Tayrona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Stanislav Dvorskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Victorino Bonifaco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stanislav Dvorskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Benedict Baird received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanislav Dvorskiy. Stanislav Dvorskiy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Victorino Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 54th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ingmar Kracke kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Leonides Rioja replaced Maore Tejerina. After 57 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Kracke. In the 58th minute, Victorino Bonifaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Mihnea Vasilian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resistencia Tayrona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mihnea Vasilian hit a great ball. Stanislav Dvorskiy made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Resistencia Tayrona FC from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Dvorskiy having to interfere. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Mihnea Vasilian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Resistencia Tayrona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chale Galanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Stanislav Dvorskiy threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Felix Montenegro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Stanislav Dvorskiy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Leonides Rioja got a free kick in the 80th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Vasilian, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Resistencia Tayrona FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ingmar Kracke in the 84th minute. Stanislav Dvorskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Stanislav Dvorskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.
