Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Chile's Mariano Lacasa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Centenales. João Paulo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bin Albertini made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. A collision led to Família Ressaca MZ getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bin Albertini hit a great ball. Família Ressaca MZ's João Paulo Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasco Arruabarrena to maneuver through the defense. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Centenales, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Família Ressaca MZ's Natalio Centenales. But to his dismay, Natalio Centenales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 39th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Paulo Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. João Paulo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 43rd minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Paulo Silva having to make a save.

When Família Ressaca MZ's Natalio Centenales in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. 64 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but João Paulo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Centenales in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match, Mariano Lacasa got a very nice opportunity to score, but João Paulo Silva was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Orlando Casaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Silva having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasco Arruabarrena to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Mariano Lacasa rounded Família Ressaca MZ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that Família Ressaca MZ's João Paulo Silva managed to reach the ball for a save.
