The supporters of Sin control booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Pleban made in the 91st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Clemente Errando. Guillermo Barros-Schelloto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Valentin Leguizamón in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sin control's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
