Durval Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jailson Moura fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Pan Xiao Feng sent off a good shot on target. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Durval Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Pan Xiao Feng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pan Xiao Feng really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 30th minute Wágner Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Jailson Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Jailson Moura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Severo got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Pan Xiao Feng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pan Xiao Feng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Durval Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS:s goal. In the 61st minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pan Xiao Feng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Xiao Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Moura in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Marinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Wágner Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute, Gaizka Mendieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elder Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS had won after a very even match.
