Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Bruno Beldad got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 6th minute of play forced umutspor's goalkeeper Baltasar Calado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tanju Çolak scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sainz to maneuver through the defense. umutspor's Yakup Kadri Şıran quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arturo Carvallo, made in the 15th minute of the game. Tanju Çolak did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso 15 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, umutspor's Tanju Çolak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Calado having to interfere. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Akay Yürükoğlu, made in the 31st minute of the game. Tanju Çolaks short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Camilo Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cihan Veysel in the 39th minute of play. Baltasar Calado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Orak came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Arturo Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürbüz Türkyılmaz, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 58 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Beldad. Tanju Çolak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Akay Yürükoğlu in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Baltasar Calado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. umutspor's Tanju Çolak got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, umutspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Dolunay to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute Aras Orak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes umutspor got a freekick which was hit by Gürbüz Türkyılmaz. With his leg Baltasar Calado managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Uruguay's Francisco Seco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 87 minutes into the game, Camilo Franco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave umutspor the free kick. Tanju Çolak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Orak, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The umutspor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
