Andres Oper hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Zhao Xiong Han received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Zhao Xiong Han slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Strib Galacticos IF defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunvald Glarkrog. The Strib Galacticos IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunvald Glarkrog should have stopped the shot. Zhao Xiong Han charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zhao Xiong Han the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Zhao Xiong Han hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timo Rokmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hagbard Ribov in the 87th minute of play. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Strib Galacticos IF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
