Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Thomás Paranaense made the kick off and thus started the match. Marcinho Nunes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Juan Rubio put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Costa Rica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Costa Rica:s Benito Sanz showed great skill when he stopped Marcinho Nunes:s penalty. Lautaro Puig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Cristian Paraense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Eliseo Noboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Lautaro Puig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Coutinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, OAMOREVERDE's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Joel Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costa Rica were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after OAMOREVERDE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Tasis took the corner. The corner ended in Axel Tasis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but OAMOREVERDE's Joel Coutinho did a great save. Eliseo Noboa succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, OAMOREVERDE's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Joel Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in OAMOREVERDE's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Coutinho came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The OAMOREVERDE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Costa Rica were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Eliseo Noboa made the kick off in the second half. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lautaro Puig came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Puig couldn't finish the play. Basílio Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Joel Coutinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Puig showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 66 minute of play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, OAMOREVERDE's goalkeeper Joel Coutinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. In the 75th minute, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, OAMOREVERDE's goalkeeper Joel Coutinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. Costa Rica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Tasis in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Eliseo Noboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Yuri Velasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 94th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Costa Rica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than OAMOREVERDE.
