Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced M0RF1G4Z's goalkeeper Alfredão do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredão do Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, M0RF1G4Z's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Alfredão do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes, Cristian Sancho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the M0RF1G4Z players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to M0RF1G4Z getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Nuno Netto hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredão do Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Netto in the 30th minute of play. Túlio Torres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfredão do Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Netto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After 40 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredão do Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredão do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute of play. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The M0RF1G4Z players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Alfredão do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Alfredão do Nascimento made a huge save. Pedro Luiz Barros's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Luiz Barros helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ecuador booed when M0RF1G4Z was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão do Nascimento having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredão do Nascimento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfredão do Nascimento. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. With a little luck, M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredão do Nascimento. The goal made the score 1-4. Alfredão do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Alfredão do Nascimento in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuno Netto in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raí Abraão in the 88th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredão do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target.
