Rolando Noboa was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Nejat Alp Tuğrul capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nejat Alp Tuğrul really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Prejun Saer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, BINGO FUEL's Harold Pothuizen got a free kick in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Wawrzyniec Dejo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute BINGO FUEL were awarded a corner. Mario Guillelmo went to the cornerflag to take it. Prejun Saer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prejun Saer. BINGO FUEL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Milagros Fraga came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milagros Fraga couldn't finish the play. Helmut Männik hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Nejat Alp Tuğrul took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The throw-in from Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Prejun Saer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. BINGO FUEL's Wawrzyniec Dejo pulled a muscle in his back after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 46 minutes, Alonso Berganza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peru and the BINGO FUEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. BINGO FUEL's Manu Lanzini was substituted for Wawrzyniec Dejo. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nejat Alp Tuğrul to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Prejun Saer. That made the score 2-2 after 52 minutes of play. In the 78th minute of the match Peru got a corner. BINGO FUEL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nejat Alp Tuğrul in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Nejat Alp Tuğrul scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nejat Alp Tuğrul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Helmut Männik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's Eliseo Mina couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BINGO FUEL. Peru's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
