Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. Christian Sancho made in the 3rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edmundo Espiga immediately put the ball in play. 4 minutes into the match, Górnik Zabrze's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Ulryk Tylenda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Jajecznica might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herbert Jajecznica ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Jajecznica, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eugeniusz Kluska was slow to take the kick. During this time Górnik Zabrze's players had a chance to rest. Jakub Domaradzki kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. When Herbert Jajecznica came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Górnik Zabrze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Jajecznica couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Jajecznica in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Górnik Zabrze getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Waclaw Topolski hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Luca Espinar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulryk Tylenda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Luca Espinar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulryk Tylenda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Górnik Zabrze's Herbert Jajecznica got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Waclaw Topolski hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 38th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Herbert Jajecznica made the kick off in the second half. If Herbert Jajecznica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ulryk Tylenda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 65 played minutes Górnik Zabrze got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Topolski. The throw-in from Herbert Rostow in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Herbert Jajecznica blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Jajecznica in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Dobrzechowski during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antoni Majkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match.
