Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pelotines Sporting's Basilio Paul was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Pascual Llin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th match minute, Pelotines Sporting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Franco to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Edmundo Espiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basilio Paul showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Paul made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 23 minutes into the game, Pascual Llin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Llin in the 28th minute of the match. Pascual Llin took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Pascual Llin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Pascual Llin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 31st minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when Pelotines Sporting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Pascual Llin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pascual Llin made a kick off. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Llin, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 53rd minute of play forced Pelotines Sporting's goalkeeper Basilio Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Villa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basilio Paul read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Llin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Basilio Paul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Basilio Paul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pascual Llin came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Pelotines Sporting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Llin couldn't finish the play. Celedonio Frederik hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Pascual Llin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Pelotines Sporting's Pascual Llin tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Hibai Santiuste mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pelotines Sporting and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when Pelotines Sporting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hibai Santiuste didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
