Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 25th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Correia came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Milagros Fraga. But to his dismay, Milagros Fraga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 31st minute, Dagoberto Dracena made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Dagoberto Dracena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiaguinho Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiaguinho Correia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Trindade Atlético Club got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sílvio Cavalcante ran over to the corner to take the kick. Trindade Atlético Club's Enio Koehler was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 63 minutes, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milagros Fraga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 played minutes Peru's Milagros Fraga stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Tiaguinho Correia stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Trindade Atlético Club of the goal. Peru were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Trindade Atlético Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiaguinho Correia quite easily take care of the ball. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trindade Atlético Club made a substitution. Róbson Couto replaced Dagoberto Dracena. Róbson Couto might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbson Couto ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Cavalcante during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Trindade Atlético Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. Peru made a substitution.
