Loco Malo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Mo Feng came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Luz Tejedor scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loco Malo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Cleto Firmin sent off a good shot on target. Loco Malo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loco Malo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loco Malo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Loco Malo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 32nd minute of play. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loco Malo having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peru's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagrima en Jarrita the free kick. The supporters of Lagrima en Jarrita booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Murillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cleto Firmin to strike the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Firmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Loco Malo made a huge save. The throw-in from Clemencin Duran in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Loco Malo made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Lagrima en Jarrita made a substitution. Aristide Ştefănoiu replaced Teodosio Figueroa. After 74 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Gaitan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 81st minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes of play, Lagrima en Jarrita's Leonello Messias made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Loco Malo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Gallo's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Songurhan Torlak hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Loco Malo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 93rd minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Loco Malo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 96 minutes into the game, Lagrima en Jarrita's Leonello Messias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1.
