Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Herensuge came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adélio Mota got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adélio Mota's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Cotilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Artur Van Caels kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. Bonifacio Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Herensuge in the 55th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Julio Firme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, Caballo Negro's Adélio Mota made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Herensuge, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Panama booed when Caballo Negro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Gonchan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. In the 89th minute, Dylan Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Llorienzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute Adélio Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adélio Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Caballo Negro could leave the field as winners, despite Panama having more of the ball for most of the match.
