Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Stefan Lundblad fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mauro's protests and gave Stefan Lundblad a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mauro getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Stefan Lundblad hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Islam Slimani came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Mauro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Islam Slimani couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Mariano during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When Barnaba Falke came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mauro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barnaba Falke couldn't finish the play. Islam Slimani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 16thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mauro's Lu Hong Qiang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Lundblad hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 22 minutes Mauro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lu Hong Qiang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lu Hong Qiang having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Islam Slimani. Lu Hong Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lu Hong Qiang saved Mauro from getting behind. After 36 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. In the 37th minute Karol Kinic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro's Islam Slimani got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Patricio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lu Hong Qiang was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Islam Slimani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Islam Slimani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Islam Slimani made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Islam Slimani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Kinic in the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Islam Slimani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lu Hong Qiang, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lu Hong Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 70th minute of the match. Stasio Przebendowski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Kinic in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, Mauro's Lu Hong Qiang got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Islam Slimani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nicola Zalewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicola Zalewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 minutes Mauro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Karol Kinic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 97 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Mauro players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. If Barnaba Falke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
