Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Máximo Maestro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 8 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo santillana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nereo santillana might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nereo santillana ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Figueres, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Real Armal F.C.'s Máximo Maestro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Puig in the 17th minute of play. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Máximo Maestro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Figueres, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Máximo Maestro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Real Armal F.C.'s Eder Mangas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Maestro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Real Armal F.C. booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dionisio Figueres 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dionisio Figueres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Figueres in the 51st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eliseo Noboa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. The supporters of Real Armal F.C. booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Eder Mangas came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Figueres in the 59th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Axel Tasis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Maestro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Serapio Baños kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goalkeeper Máximo Maestro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. If Nereo santillana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Figueres came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Armal F.C. the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Figueres in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Aaron Alcocer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Maestro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Máximo Maestro made a huge save. Lautaro Puig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
