In the 13th match minute, Los once leones Ourense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponc Caballero to maneuver through the defense. Ponc Caballero made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dabi Vila however managed to control. Ponc Caballero got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Urdin Castan. Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute Pablo-Enrique Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 67th minute of play. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Los once leones Ourense from getting a goal against them. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dabi Vila in the 76th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
