Tarcisio Reis made a great header on Palmeiras's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustin Bungeanu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Bungeanu's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 75th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Bungeanu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
