The Justicialista FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cirilo Eliu should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Eneko had several of the Colombia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-7 score and a disappointed Pedro Manzanares as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 84 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Indiano.
