With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Cruz saved UPTEXTIL.COM from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 6th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Ruisko came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Mateus Cruz made a huge save. Luz Tejedor hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Mateus Cruz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 16th minute. Mateus Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rdth minute of the game Cüneyt Berksoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Mateus Cruz in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 minutes of play, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mário Maldini, made in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Felix Calisto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateus Cruz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luz Tejedor. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mateus Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cüneyt Berksoy to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, UPTEXTIL.COM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Maldini to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy. But to his dismay, Cüneyt Berksoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Felix Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Mateus Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cüneyt Berksoy came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateus Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Mateus Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. In the 90th minute of the game Emmanuel Reyes made a throw-in which Milagros Fraga played forward. After having played for 92 minutes, Antonio Tenorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Tenorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateus Cruz came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Rafael Gallo. But to his dismay, Rafael Gallo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. UPTEXTIL.COM succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Peru had controlled the match.
