Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. Gio Moreno didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 3rd minute. Algoso Warriors's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 7 minutes into the game, Algoso Warriors's Gio Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 15th minute, Gio Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 19 minutes into the match, Algoso Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Nestor Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipólito Neto hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Guillelmus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Gio Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gio Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Hipólito Neto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hipólito Neto really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Gio Moreno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Hugo Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Hugo Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hipólito Neto. When Hipólito Neto fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Algoso Warriors's protests and gave Hipólito Neto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Gio Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gio Moreno made a kick off. A collision led to Algoso Warriors getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Araoz Miñano hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gio Moreno in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 minutes of play, Algoso Warriors's Gio Moreno made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 58 minutes into the game, Algoso Warriors's Gio Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipólito Neto in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gio Moreno in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gio Moreno in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Algoso Warriors's Gio Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gio Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Gio Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Algoso Warriors's Gio Moreno. But to his dismay, Gio Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Gio Moreno sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Algoso Warriors had played much better football throughout.
