Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mané Lara started the match with the kick off. Mané Lara took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Borys Gruchacz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Cassius Byrne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Borys Gruchacz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Lara in the 19th minute of play. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 31st minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Borys Gruchacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borys Gruchacz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match USA got a corner. Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Edward Mcdonald heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When USA's Edward Mcdonald in 35 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Borys Gruchacz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 38th minute, Edward Mcdonald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Monty Rogers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Monty Rogers took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Borys Gruchacz to make any attempt to save it. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Borys Gruchacz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 68th minute, Evgeniy Bakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Alesandro Coutinho was substituted for Elberg As. Joinville United - FSCMZ made a substitution. Lennart Khan replaced Didi Cardozo. In the 70th match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evgeniy Bakov to maneuver through the defense. Borys Gruchacz was a little too slow when Monty Rogers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-5. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alesandro Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Reynaldo Osmond hit a great ball. After 83 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Osmond. Khalid Parry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Borys Gruchacz came out and tried to block the shot, but Khalid Parry slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Baker in the 91st minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Borys Gruchacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Khalid Parry reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Borys Gruchacz. The goal made the score 1-7. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurício Donatello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
