Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. After 9 minutes, Zdzislaw Rakowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berenjenas de Punto Fijo and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juli Alvarez took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Jorge Sainz got a free kick in the 20th minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juli Alvarez in the 21st minute of play. Thibaut Vandamme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Berenjenas de Punto Fijo booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Sainz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dieter Denys was slow to take the kick. During this time Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Alvaro Ramiréz to score against Joaquin Gayoso in Uruguay's goal. 0-2 after 26 minutes. Thibaut Vandamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Juli Alvarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Juli Alvarez put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. When Jorge Sainz fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Jorge Sainz a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juli Alvarez in the 39th minute of the match. In the 46thth minute of the game Juli Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juli Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Juli Alvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Jorge Sainz was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jorge Sainz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Juli Alvarez sent off a good shot on target. Dieter Denys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez. But to his dismay, Juli Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Dieter Denys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Juli Alvarez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Alfredo Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juli Alvarez in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 85 minutes into the match, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Juli Alvarez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Jaime Cazalla hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by James Bom during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Dieter Denys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Uruguay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
