Kaur Nestra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kaur Nestra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Kaimo Leosk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Kaimo Leosk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Vormsi Vald getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ergo Ruul hit a great ball. Luis Andino might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaur Nestra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Andino ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes in the game, Luis Andino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kaur Nestra having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kaur Nestra. The goal made the score 0-5. After some careless play in the Vormsi Vald defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaur Nestra. The Vormsi Vald fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaur Nestra should have stopped the shot. With his leg Kaur Nestra managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Kaur Nestra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vormsi Vald throughout the match.
