In the 22nd minute, Zahran Hermansyah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amund Villensgaard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After 30 minutes Solusi FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Agustín Saelices got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 30 minutes into the match. Amund Villensgaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zahran Hermansyah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amund Villensgaard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41stth minute of the game Primitivo Andino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solusi FC's Amund Villensgaard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Solusi FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Oteng Suharyadi hit a great ball. If Cepot Subarkah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Daniel Zorita, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 48 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Amund Villensgaard was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Carlos Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Solusi FC's Amund Villensgaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Amund Villensgaard in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, Solusi FC's Zahran Hermansyah got a free kick in the 68th minute. The supporters of Solusi FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zahran Hermansyah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
