Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Engström started the match with the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Bröms in the 4th minute of play. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Knipan IF's Olle Bröms. But to his dismay, Olle Bröms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Knipan IF from getting a goal against them. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeu Pombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute. Amadeu Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amadeu Pombal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Amadeu Pombal in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute Edmund Söderquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Bröms, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Aaron Harman kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Amadeu Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 65th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of play forced Knipan IF's goalkeeper Amadeu Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olle Bröms in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Olle Bröms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Pombal was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeu Pombal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the game, Edmund Moberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Knipan IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Knipan IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Moberg to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
