Canada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cosme Dighero ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Elite™- FC Galácticos's Cosme Dighero to fire away a dangerous shot which Jax Williamson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Felipe Muñoz got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Koby Wright sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerônimo da Cunha skillfully saved the ball. Jerônimo da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka Harris, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter George in the 15th minute of play. Zachary Kosmatka was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jerônimo da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachary Kosmatka in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jax Williamson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 36 minutes into the game, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Fri Spel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jax Williamson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atacan Rahim in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jax Williamson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerônimo da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Dixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Canada's Koby Wright got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Inácio Cosme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elite™- FC Galácticos and the Canada players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Canada booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerônimo da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 46th minute of the match. The corner ended in Luka Harris almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha did a great save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atacan Rahim to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerônimo da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy in the 55th minute of play. Canada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gino Monteiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 78th minute Jan Dixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Dixon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jerônimo da Cunha made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Monteiro in the 83rd minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Filip Edwards had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Jerônimo da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Mccarthy in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Monteiro came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Canada had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
