Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leocadio Teja started the match with the kick off. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Florentino Fidalgo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leocadio Teja in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Leocadio Teja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leocadio Teja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Chmielecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leocadio Teja's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Celino in the 13th minute of the match. After 14 minutes of play, Artigas's Leocadio Teja made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Florentino Fidalgo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artigas's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Fidalgo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Inocencio Celino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Leocadio Teja made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leocadio Teja in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 29th minute. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leocadio Teja in the 29th minute of play. Troy Kennedy's late challenge caught a Artigas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Saturnin Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artigas made a substitution. Lia Engraba replaced Leocadio Teja. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Lia Engraba came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lia Engraba went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Lia Engraba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lia Engraba in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artigas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valentin Monteagudo in the 68th minute. The corner led Artigas's Lia Engraba to a score. 0-12 in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Lia Engraba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Artigas's attentive Eulalio Ygnacio managed to snatch the ball when Jordan Porter made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. If Lia Engraba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Lia Engraba came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Lia Engraba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lia Engraba really showed his touch with that goal: 0-15. Lia Engraba might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lia Engraba ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lia Engraba, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 92nd play minute Lia Engraba came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bruno Barrett. 0-16.
