Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kaiet Ambrosio kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillen Piñera during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Miguel Gibaja made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kaiet Ambrosio. Jean Claude Ulysse kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match Ramond Mascareñas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noel Seide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kaiet Ambrosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Oro Villalon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Reinaldo Mestanza fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's protests and gave Reinaldo Mestanza a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Berenjenas de Punto Fijo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Reinaldo Mestanza hit a great ball. Jonathan Alphonse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Barros Oliver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Ernso Constant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernso Constant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Admon Jimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Barros Oliver got control of the ball when Jonathan Alphonse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Alphonse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barros Oliver having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Admon Jimenez got a free kick in the 51st minute. Miguel Gibaja charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Gibaja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miguel Gibaja hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. A collision led to Berenjenas de Punto Fijo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Admon Jimenez hit a great ball. Gesner Philippe might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barros Oliver. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gesner Philippe ran back to his position shaking his head. Miguel Gibaja made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kaiet Ambrosio. Kaiet Ambrosio's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaiet Ambrosio helped the player get up and apologised. Ernso Constant struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Barros Oliver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haiti. Ixidor Herquinigo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jonathan Alphonse hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ramond Mascareñas from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Noel Seide's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's zone, Gesner Philippe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barros Oliver came out of the goal and Gesner Philippe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Jonathan Alphonse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barros Oliver. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Alphonse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
