Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Pardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Primitivo Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Hector Covarrubias took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barros Oliver. Barros Oliver dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaiet Ambrosio in the 13th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Hector Covarrubias scored to the left of an out of position Barros Oliver, making the score, 2-0. Admon Jimenez hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hector Covarrubias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barros Oliver read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 29th minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Barros Oliver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Covarrubias. Oro Villalon charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oro Villalon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oro Villalon hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Jaime Pardo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Barros Oliver, passed just outside the right post. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 36th minute, but Barros Oliver got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Berenjenas de Punto Fijo hanging dry this time. After 37 minutes, Admon Jimenez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berenjenas de Punto Fijo and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th match minute, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Admon Jimenez to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Barros Oliver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Barros Oliver stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaiet Ambrosio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barros Oliver made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Barros Oliver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barros Oliver having to make a save. Xavier Zoido kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Hector Covarrubias came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Covarrubias couldn't finish the play. Kaiet Ambrosio made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. In the 71st minute, Miguel Gibaja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Barros Oliver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oro Villalon to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Jaime Pardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barros Oliver was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Xavier Zoido hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Admon Jimenez hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Hector Covarrubias came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet.
