When Atacan Rahim came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Elite™- FC Galácticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atacan Rahim couldn't finish the play. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atacan Rahim in the 22nd minute of the match. Atacan Rahim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 26 minutes into the game, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerônimo da Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The throw-in from Kevin Mastache in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Elite™- FC Galácticos's Inácio Cosme. The audience was convinced that Atacan Rahim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Samuel Navarro's late challenge caught a Elite™- FC Galácticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Navarro helped the player get up and apologised. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Jerônimo da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Santino Seco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerônimo da Cunha. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atacan Rahim in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Elite™- FC Galácticos. Cosme Dighero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Manzanares. 2-2. Jerônimo da Cunha made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Abram Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Zachary Kosmatka sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Colombia booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Dighero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Jerônimo da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Elite™- FC Galácticos's corner Cosme Dighero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matheus Silva's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Elite™- FC Galácticos's Gino Monteiro. But to his dismay, Gino Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
