Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute of the match Club Dep. Union Madereros got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornelio Enmanuel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Ourente's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The throw-in from Juan Lekubegi in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Camilo Franco took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbert Szepesvári. Róbert Szepesvári dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute Jaime Cazalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Szepesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Róbert Szepesvári showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 18th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Ismael Ourente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Dep. Union Madereros and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Ismael Ourente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Union Madereros defense, Maximiliano Escribano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Róbert Szepesvári. The Club Dep. Union Madereros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Róbert Szepesvári should have stopped the shot. Alberto Gisbert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Róbert Szepesvári having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Ismael Ourente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Róbert Szepesvári made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 29th minute. In the 38th minute, Davis Doty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelio Enmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Club Dep. Union Madereros's Ismael Ourente in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Club Dep. Union Madereros's Geordi Berthelette was substituted for Lorenzo Bakar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Ourente to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 53rd minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Róbert Szepesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbert Szepesvári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Szepesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Róbert Szepesvári was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Dep. Union Madereros made a substitution. Lucas Ioritz replaced Ismael Ourente. Rene Vito hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Enmanuel got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Ioritz in the 72nd minute of play. In the last second Joaquin Gayoso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lucas Ioritz in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Arturo Carvallo got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jaime Cazalla. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbert Szepesvári having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros got a freekick which was hit by Geordi Berthelette. Jaime Cazalla's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Róbert Szepesvári on his right side and into the goal. 84 minutes into the game it was 4-0. Arturo Carvallo got a throw-in 91 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jaime Cazalla. Róbert Szepesvári showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 95th minute of the match. Uruguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
