Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute Miguel Borja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Academia Serengetti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ingmar Ahlqvist in the 10th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Eulalio Palban heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 12th minute, Edwin De Mulder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Borja scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 27th minute of play. If Miguel Borja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Miguel Borja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Academia Serengetti's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Borja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Borja scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th minute, Miguel Borja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Borja made a kick off. Real Academia Serengetti's Miguel Borja was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Edwin De Mulder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Miguel Borja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Real Academia Serengetti were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ingmar Ahlqvist took the corner. Edwin De Mulder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Miguel Borja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Miguel Borja scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Miguel Borja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Miguel Borja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Borja in the 85th minute. Real Academia Serengetti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ingmar Ahlqvist in the 87th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin De Mulder in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Costa Rica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Academia Serengetti were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
