In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goalkeeper Ivo Tropchev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Santino Seco put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ivo Tropchev. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Cesaro in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bacary Ligier in the 34th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wawrzyniec Sakowicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wawrzyniec Sakowicz ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Sakowicz came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 37 in the game by Abram Sarmiento from a close distance when the talented Ivo Tropchev managed to make a qualified save. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's players were relieved. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Sergio Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Åke Kihlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Cesaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Kevin Mastache struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Ivo Tropchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. When the final whistle sounded Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Colombia.
