Kiran Tomasini came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's René Stocker was substituted for Kevin Lang. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alessandro Finotti was slow to take the kick. During this time THE ROKERY PIMKIS's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Alessandro Finotti almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alessandro Finotti in the 95th minute. René Stocker made a great header on THE ROKERY PIMKIS's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 5-0 when René Stocker sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. THE ROKERY PIMKIS had won after a very even match.
