When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Fidel Martínez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Martínez in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. INGOBERNABLE F.C's Renán Rocafort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 13th minute of play. Luca Espinar's late challenge caught a INGOBERNABLE F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luca Espinar helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Fidel Martínez scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute of the game Pastor Edorta made a throw-in which Armando Sando played forward. Leon van Persie scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Leon van Persie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. INGOBERNABLE F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Edmundo Espiga scored to the left of an out of position Renán Rocafort, making the score, 1-4. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Intriago Texidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Intriago Texidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Leon van Persie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INGOBERNABLE F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 44th minute Leon van Persie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renán Rocafort made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Fidel Martínez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-6 in the 50 minute of play. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leon van Persie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 66 minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. INGOBERNABLE F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Di Liang in the 74th minute. Di Liang kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Martin Retana rounded Honduras's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-10. Martin Retana took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-11. Intriago Texidor struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INGOBERNABLE F.C. Martin Retana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Martin Retana tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. INGOBERNABLE F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
